Summary of Donations to Hospiscare
Hospiscare provides care, free of charge, to those with a life-limiting illness across the heart of Devon. Their community team supported Geoff to stay at home for as long as possible. When he needed extra support, he received incredible care and kindness in their specialist ward in Exeter. Carers need support too, and they provided invaluable help to Sarah and the rest of the family at the most difficult of times.
